Payment

This internet site enables a 'Web Order' only (similar to a Mail Order). We do not take payment via the internet. Upon our receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email which will ask you to pay by cheque, bank transfer, or if you wish, you may phone in your credit card details and a 'Cardholder not present' transaction will be processed on your behalf.

We are happy to discuss personal preferences, particularly regarding colours and sizes (where applicable) and answer any questions you may have, either via email to sales@redopia.co.uk or by phoning 01865 377226 (Office) or 01865 204500 (shop).

Gift service

We offer a full gifting service with decorative wrap and a card. Your gift will then be beautifully presented and delivered to the address of your choice. Alternatively, buy a gift voucher for someone to use against a product of their choice.
